We never send from your primary domain. We purchase and set up separate sending domains that are warmed up properly over 2-3 weeks before any outbound is sent. We monitor deliverability daily, manage sending volumes carefully, and have automated systems that detect and respond to any reputation issues. Your primary domain stays completely clean.

Full transparency. You get a master analytics dashboard that shows everything: open rates, reply rates, meetings booked, pipeline generated, and more. We provide weekly reports and have regular check-in calls. You also have access to all the tools and infrastructure we set up, so you can see exactly what's happening at any time. When the engagement ends, you own everything.

We operate on a fixed monthly retainer. This covers everything: strategy, infrastructure setup, copywriting, campaign management, inbox management, and optimization. There are also tool costs (for Clay, Instantly, etc.) which are paid directly by you, so you own all the accounts. We'll give you the exact breakdown on our strategy call so there are no surprises.

No hidden costs, ever. We provide a complete breakdown of all costs before you commit: our retainer fee plus the estimated tool/infrastructure costs. Tool costs typically range from $500-$1,500/month depending on your scale. Everything is transparent and agreed upon before we start. The only additional costs would be if you want to scale sending volume significantly beyond the initial scope.
